The Singapore office serves as a key commercial hub for Southeast Asia, supporting customers through a combination of direct sales and channel partners. This position joins a lean and experienced regional team dedicated to driving growth across high-potential markets. Based on user-provided client information and the attached job description.

Job Description

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies across Southeast Asia and Taiwan
• Drive revenue growth through OEMs, distributors and project-based opportunities
• Identify and convert new customers while expanding existing account relationships
• Collaborate with consultants, end users and key stakeholders to increase product adoption
• Lead product awareness, safety and technical training programmes for customers
• Drive specification activities and secure inclusion in strategic regional projects
• Work closely with technical, product management and engineering teams to support market development and customer requirements

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• 5+ years of sales experience within sensor technologies, automation, building technologies or related industrial sectors
• Proven track record managing key accounts and developing distribution channels
• Experience selling into OEMs, system integrators or project-driven environments
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
• Ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders effectively
• Experience developing regional markets across Southeast Asia is advantageous
• Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills
• Comfortable with frequent travel across the assigned territory
