Develop and execute a strategic merchandise plan for the women's outerwear category in line with PVH Corp's overall business objectives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify current and emerging trends in the fashion industry, and use this information to inform product development and assortment planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and sales to ensure a cohesive and profitable product assortment.
Manage the product development process, from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing strategies to drive sales and profitability.
Lead and manage a team of merchandisers, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers, negotiating terms and pricing to maximize profitability.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies for the women's outerwear category.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform business decisions.
Regularly review and analyze financial reports to monitor category performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with the retail team to ensure the right product mix and inventory levels are maintained in stores.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
Represent PVH Corp at industry events and conferences, networking and building relationships within the fashion community.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the merchandise management team.
Act as a brand ambassador for PVH Corp, promoting the company's values and vision to both internal and external stakeholders.
