In this role, you will play a critical part in driving the success of our business, managing the development and execution of our Tailoring strategies, and ensuring our collections are on-trend and meet the needs of our customers. Develop and implement merchandise strategies for the Men's and Women's Tailoring collections, in line with the overall company vision and goals.

Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the Tailoring category.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and sales to ensure the timely and successful delivery of collections that meet customer needs and expectations.

Manage the product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with brand standards and financial targets.

Conduct regular analysis and reporting on sales performance, inventory levels, and competitive landscape to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and ensure high-quality products.

Lead and mentor a team of merchandising professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.

Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective promotional and pricing strategies for the Tailoring collections.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer preferences to inform strategic decision-making.

Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and stay informed on the latest developments in the fashion industry.
