The Role

We’re seeking an Innovation Project Manager to lead the development of a new digital volunteer platform. This exciting role will involve managing the project from concept to delivery, ensuring it is accessible, user-friendly, and responsive to the needs of volunteers and service users.

You’ll work closely with staff, volunteers and partners to design, test and launch a platform that enhances volunteer experience and strengthens our services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and delivery of a new digital platform
Manage project plans, timelines, budgets and stakeholders
Oversee user research, testing and design improvements
Engage with volunteers, staff and service users to shape the platform
Support marketing, growth and long-term sustainability

About You

We’re looking for someone who

Has experience managing projects, ideally with a digital or innovation focus
Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
Has strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Is confident using digital tools and platforms
Shares our values and brings empathy, flexibility and a collaborative approach

Experience in the charity sector, working with volunteers, or UX design is desirable.
