Technical Program Manager (TPM) & Scrum Master

This role is a dual role of a TPM and Scrum.

-IT Software Engineering Experience or networking experience managing a team size of 20-25 people divided across multiple projects and workstreams

-Driving product deliverables

-Cross functional coordination working with multiple product teams

-Products include- WIFI product, Ethernet Products, Fiber Optical Products, Managed router, Wholesale communications services, Carrier Ethernet Services, B2B connectivity, Enterprise VPN

-Conceptually understand what Business is looking for and how do we go deliver.

Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives) and coaching teams on Agile best practices.

Work closely with engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and roadblocks to ensure successful project execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and deep expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum

Knowledge of SAFe Agile, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks.
