As a Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in delivering strategic initiatives, working across governance, process improvement and business transformation while acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that's continuing to grow, where you'll gain exposure to enterprise-wide projects, work closely with senior stakeholders and help shape the way the organisation operates. You'll also have the opportunity to work with Salesforce CRM as part of ongoing transformation initiatives.

What you'll be doing

Gather and analyse business requirements.

Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders across the business.

Map and improve business processes.

Produce clear business documentation and user stories.

Support solution design, testing and successful business adoption.

Work alongside project and technology teams to deliver change initiatives.

What we're looking for

• Experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong Business and Process Analysis experience is required.
• Strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• This is very important during support of change and transformation.
• Experience delivering projects in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments.A proactive, collaborative approach and a passion for continuous improvement.
