Job Requirements

• Proven experience in transport infrastructure development, preferably in rail, transit, or major transport projects.
• Strong expertise in strategic planning, including the development of Strategic Outline Cases and business cases.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary project teams and coordinating with stakeholders such as local authorities, transport operators, and regulatory bodies.
• Ability to analyse and assess route options, considering cost, risk, schedule, technical feasibility, and stakeholder aspirations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in risk management, schedule reviews, and assurance activities is advantageous.
