Job Title: Automation Delivery Manager- RPA

Location: Austin, TX (Must be Local to AUSTIN TX)

Duration: 12-month duration

NOTE :This position requires candidates to be in onsite 4-5 days a week.

The Automation Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the intake, prioritization, planning, and delivery of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and related automation initiatives. This role will ensure that automation projects are aligned with organizational goals, delivered on time and within budget, and meet quality standards.

The Delivery Manager will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, the automation development team, and IT governance, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery of process automation solutions.

Minimum Yrs of Experience

Must have 8+ Years of experience with IT project or delivery management, including experience in business process automation or RPA.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).

Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or equivalent).
