About the Role

Our client, a growing organization in the healthcare/specialty pharmacy space, is looking for an entry-level Operations Analyst I to join their Program Management team. This role is focused on operational performance reporting, building and maintaining the KPIs and dashboards used across the organization.

You'll support recurring reporting, ad hoc analysis, and process improvement initiatives, working closely with senior analysts and Operations leadership.

What You'll Do

• Build, maintain, and improve recurring operational reports and dashboards
• Reconcile data across Excel and Power BI to ensure accuracy
• Maintain standardized reporting templates and KPI definitions
• Analyze volume, turnaround times, and cost-to-fill to surface efficiency opportunities
• Provide data pulls and preliminary analysis for ad hoc requests
• Document data sources, assumptions, and methodologies
• Follow standards for file management, documentation, and version control
• Identify opportunities to automate or streamline reporting
• Proactively communicate data issues and delays

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, or a related field1-2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent internship/analytical experience; specialty pharmacy or healthcare operations exposure is a plus
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills (Pivot
• Tables, SUMIFS, lookups
• Power BI competency for reporting and dashboards
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
