Digital Transformation / Business Analyst

Role Description This full-time Digital Transformation / Business Analyst role is a hybrid position based in Singapore River, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. The role involves analyzing current business processes and systems, identifying opportunities for digital transformation, and supporting the design and implementation of technology-enabled solutions.

Day-to-day tasks include gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping workflows, conducting stakeholder interviews, and preparing clear reports and presentations to support decision-making. The Digital Transformation / Business Analyst collaborates closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that new tools, platforms, and processes are aligned with organizational objectives and user needs.

The role also includes monitoring project progress, supporting change management activities, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based recommendations.
• Experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, and solution evaluation.
• Ability to understand and model business processes, map workflows, and propose process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders, facilitating discussions, and preparing clear documentation.
• Proficiency in defining and managing business requirements for digital tools, systems, or platforms.
• Experience with digital transformation projects, change management, or technology implementation is an advantage.
• Familiarity with common business analysis frameworks and tools (e.g., BPMN, user stories, process mapping software).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities across on-site and remote work.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
