What You'll Do

Every day is a little different, but you'll spend your time:

• Managing bookkeeping and accounting for a portfolio of business clients.
• Preparing monthly financial statements and account reconciliations.
• Assisting with proactive tax planning and tax preparation.
• Helping clients understand their numbers and make better business decisions.
• Identifying accounting inefficiencies and opportunities to improve operations.
• Working directly with business owners and leadership teams who rely on your expertise.
• Solving problems, improving processes, and finding ways to add value.

As you grow, your responsibilities will grow too. We want people who enjoy learning and want to expand beyond traditional accounting into higher-value advisory work.

What We're Looking For

We're more interested in finding the right teammate than checking every box. If you're motivated to learn and excited to grow, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet every qualification below.

Ideally, you'll have

• An accounting degree or relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in public accounting or client accounting services is a plus—but not required.
• Solid bookkeeping and accounting fundamentals (or the desire to develop them).
• Experience with QuickBooks Online is a plus.
• Experience using Thomson Reuters tax software is helpful, but absolutely not required—we're happy to train the right person.
• Familiarity with business and individual tax concepts is helpful.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help clients succeed.
• Someone who takes ownership, asks questions, and enjoys figuring things out.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a growth mindset.
