What We're Looking For

• We are seeking an HR professional with strong experience in Australian HR practices, Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBA), and HR Compliance.
• The ideal candidate will have experience partnering with senior business leaders and supporting blue-collar/operational workforces across multiple sites.
• Key Skills & Experience:✅ 15+ years of overall HR experience✅ 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner✅ Strong knowledge of Australian Employment Law✅ Expertise in Industrial Relations (IR), Employee Relations (ER) & EBA✅ Strong HR Compliance and workplace investigation experience✅ Experience managing complex employee relations matters✅ WHS compliance knowledge✅ Change & Performance Management✅ Workforce Planning & Organizational Design✅ Talent Management & Leadership Coaching✅ HR Analytics and HRIS experience✅ Experience managing multi-site and blue-collar workforces
• Preferred Industry Background:
• Candidates with experience in Airports, Aviation, Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, Engineering, Warehousing, Transportation, or Infrastructure will be highly preferred.
