Our client, a leading global fintech, is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join its high-performing People team on an initial 12-month contract.
Supporting a dedicated technology portfolio, you'll partner closely with leaders to deliver pragmatic people solutions while contributing to broader HR initiatives across the business. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing environment where you'll have real ownership and influence.
Partner with leaders across a dedicated technology portfolio to provide strategic and operational HR support.
Take ownership of complex people matters, providing practical advice and coaching to managers.
Support organisational change, workforce planning, performance management and employee relations.
Align people initiatives with business priorities to drive engagement and business outcomes.
Collaborate with specialist HR teams, including Talent Acquisition, Reward, Learning & Development and People Operations.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping simplify and enhance people processes.
Proven experience in a HR Business Partner roleStrong employee relations and stakeholder management capability.
Experience partnering with senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.A pragmatic, commercially minded approach with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
Strong communication skills and the confidence to influence across all levels of the business.
Experience within technology, financial services or other fast-paced corporate environments will be highly regarded.
