About The Role

The role owns full-cycle recruitment for technical and business teams, driving the end-to-end strategy from initial sourcing through to closing senior-level candidates. This individual will partner directly with hiring managers and department heads in a fast-paced technology environment to scale critical teams during a high-growth phase.

The person in this position will act as a strategic talent advisor, helping to refine job specifications, analyze pipeline data, and elevate the candidate experience. This is an opportunity to significantly impact the engineering and operations footprint while optimizing internal hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, primarily focusing on software engineering, product, and operations
• Partner closely with hiring managers to calibrate requirements, draft job descriptions, and design structured interviewing loops
• Source passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and specialized talent communities to build a diverse pipeline
• Facilitate candidate debrief sessions, negotiate compensation packages, and successfully close complex offers
• Maintain high data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate reporting on pipeline health and recruitment metrics
• Lead initiatives to continuously improve candidate experience, ensuring clear and timely feedback throughout the interview lifecycle

What We Are Looking For

• 3-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-growing tech company or highly competitive agency setting
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing, engaging, and closing passive candidates for technical or niche roles
• Deep familiarity with modern recruiting platforms, including applicant tracking systems (such as Greenhouse or Lever) and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence hiring managers and guide recruitment strategies with data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on delivering an empathetic, high-touch candidate experience
• Bonus: Experience recruiting within a remote-first work environment, or familiarity with technical sourcing across GitHub and Stack
