Join a leading global financial services organisation and one of the world's foremost providers of insurance and risk management solutions. This role sits within a long-standing client partnership with AMS that has successfully spanned almost a decade, reflecting a strong commitment to talent, innovation, and service excellence.

You will be part of a truly global team, collaborating with colleagues across the UK, EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and the US, providing exposure to international stakeholders and best practices within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with onsite attendance required once per week. While flexibility is available, Witham is the preferred location for this position.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to offer stage
• Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver a consultative recruitment experience
• Provide market insights, talent intelligence, and advisory support to stakeholders
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, sourcing partners, and client stakeholders
• Collaborate with the wider recruitment and sourcing team to deliver an exceptional candidate experience
• Drive effective stakeholder engagement through clear communication and proactive management
• Support hiring activity within a well-established client account environment

Skills & Requirements

What we’re looking for

Must-have skills and experience

• Demonstrated experience managing the recruitment processes
• Strong stakeholder management and consultative communication skills
• Ability to influence and advise hiring managers with confidence
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment

Nice-to-have

• Experience recruiting within complex corporate or outsourced recruitment environments
• Previous recruitment experience within insurance or financial services environments
• Exposure to client-facing recruitment partnerships
• Internal recruitment experience within regulated industries
