Operations Manager

The Byrne Hotel Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join our senior leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence.

As Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of service across all departments while supporting the achievement of business objectives and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Support and develop departmental managers across Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Maintenance and other operational areas.
• Drive exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining consistently high service standards.
• Monitor operational performance, budgets, and departmental KPIs. Ensure compliance with health and safety, food safety, fire safety, and company policies.
• Manage staffing levels, recruitment, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and implement service improvements where required.
• Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement operational strategies.
• Maximise revenue opportunities while effectively managing costs.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused workplace culture.
• Your Profile:
• Must have previous experience working in F&B Management
• Proven track record of people management and leadership
• Must be able to multi-task and take a hands-on approach.
• Ability to lead and motivate
