B2B Key Account Manager M/F/X

We are looking for a B2B Key Account Manager (H/F/X), for our client, an established premium consumer goods company in Switzerland, to join its commercial structure for a permanent role at 100%:Mission:

You will develop new business opportunities and build a qualified pipeline of corporate clients across the Swiss market.

You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and initial contact through proposal preparation, negotiation and closing.

You will grow and strengthen a portfolio of strategic accounts by identifying cross-selling, upselling and partnership opportunities.

You will design tailored commercial solutions that respond to client requirements while supporting revenue, margin and profitability objectives.

You will coordinate client projects with internal teams to ensure smooth execution, high service standards and timely delivery.

You will monitor market developments, identify new channels and represent the company during selected client meetings, events and industry initiatives.

Profile:

You have several years of successful experience in B2B sales, business development or key account management within the Swiss market.

You are a proactive business developer with a strong ability to open new accounts, build lasting relationships and achieve ambitious commercial targets.

You are experienced in managing complex sales cycles, commercial negotiations and customised client projects.

You are structured, autonomous and comfortable managing priorities, forecasts and business opportunities in a hands-on environment.

You are fluent in German or Swiss German and have a professional command of English; French would be an advantage.

You are willing to travel regularly across Switzerland and are confident engaging with senior decision-makers and internal stakeholders.
