Core responsibilities

Should be seasoned RPA Business Analysts who have delivered around 10 PDDs, should be well versed with all phases of RPA Business Life Cycle

Process analysis: Evaluate existing business processes to identify automation opportunities and document current pain points.

Requirements gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document detailed business requirements for the automation project.

Solution design: Design automated workflows that meet business needs and improve efficiency. This includes creating documentation like Process Design Documents (PDD).

Implementation oversight: Work closely with RPA developers to ensure the successful implementation of bots and solutions.

Documentation and validation: Create process documentation and validate that the automation outcomes meet business goals.

Change management: Help facilitate the transition to automated processes and ensure stakeholder buy-in.

Required skills and qualifications

Analytical and problem-solving skills: The ability to quickly identify and address issues.

RPA proficiency: Familiarity with RPA tools and methodologies.

Communication skills: Effectively interact with both business and technical teams.

Process mapping: Experience with creating both as-is and to-be process maps.

Business acumen: An understanding of how automation aligns with broader business objectives.

Education: A bachelors degree in a related field like computer science, information technology, or business is often required. In addition to RPA professional certifications

• Role Descriptions: 4-8 years of experience in RPAMinimum hands-on experience of 4-8 Years in RPA (UiPath tool) having designed developed and deployed multiple BOTS.Analyze client processes identify automation opportunities define RPA value proposition reengineer process to improve automation potential and recommend RPA approachstrategy
• Conduct RPA High Level Assessments
• Drive the strategic and tactical roll-out of the RPA solution to clients by creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases and supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases
• Support existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process as well as problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.Work within project planning constraints communicating any identified project risks and issues to the deliveryproject manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.Demonstrate advanced business and technical acumen for applications
• Demonstrate skills in shaping and leading development of technical specifications
• Demonstrated ability to complete tasks within established timelines
• Responsible for turning Business and IT requirements into design
• Defining interfaces data and infrastructure of each process automation
• Build and test RPA solutions
• Providing advice and guidance on best practice and development techniques
• Conduct code reviews
• Design develop and deploy automations for clients globally in collaboration with teams (in some cases the sole RPA modelerdeveloper on a project) either as an individual contributor or part a team of developers support project lead in the creation and ongoing refinement of an appropriately tailored RPA solution that provides the optimum platform for rapid and repeatable delivery of automated processes.Provide Guidance and hand hold Developers on Technical front.Review Codes and suggest improvements
• Develop and document RPA configuration best practices configure new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient well structured maintainable and easy to understand
