Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the firm’s audit practice and client portfolio
• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of external audit engagements
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Standards on Auditing (SSA), SFRS, ethical requirements, and regulatory guidelines
• Develop, implement, and maintain the firm’s SSQM (Singapore Standard on Quality Management) system in accordance with ACRA requirements.
• Ensure audit quality control policies and procedures are properly designed, implemented, and continuously improved
• Conduct regular internal quality reviews and address audit deficiencies
• Provide technical guidance and support to audit engagement teams
• Review complex audit working papers and ensure proper documentation and compliance
• Sign off audit reports and financial statements as engagement partner
• Provide structured audit training, coaching, and mentoring to staff at all levels.
• Develop staff competency through technical training programs and on-the-job learning
• Act as primary contact for key clients and maintain strong long-term relationships
• Drive business development and support the growth of the audit practice
• Work closely with other partners on strategy, risk management, and operational improvements
• Ensure strict adherence to independence, ethical, and professional standards

Requirements

• Must hold a valid Public Accountant (PA) license in Singapore
• Chartered Accountant (CA Singapore) or equivalent qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA)
• Minimum 10–15 years of audit experience, including senior leadership or director-level role
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and SSA
• Proven experience in audit quality management and engagement leadership
• Experience in implementing or maintaining SSQM / audit quality systems preferred
• Strong business development and client management skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and training capabilities
• High professional integrity and commercial acumen

• 5 days week
