About The Job

In this role, you will oversee plant cost accounting, material expenses, and variance tracking to optimize overall operational profitability. You will also conduct regular evaluations of inventory reserves, WIP, and cycle counts while supporting revenue recognition for project-based contracts.

You will also partner with plant management and the senior management stakeholders to navigate operational production cycles, provide financial inputs for commercial tenders, and lead process automation across ERP systems to improve internal financial controls.

Skills And Experience

Required

You should possess strong technical capabilities and proven expertise in production cost controls. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor degree in Accountancy or an equivalent certification, supported by a proven track record in manufacturing finance, plant cost accounting, and business partnering within an international corporate environment.

You must possess good analytical skills and effective interpersonal skills to collaborate productively across cross-functional teams and operational stakeholders.
