What You’ll Be Doing

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with both new and existing SME clients
• Analyse customer shipping patterns to uncover efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities
• Deliver a tailored experience, offering ongoing support and follow-up

Training & Skill Development

• Complete a structured 12-month development programme covering key areas such as sales strategy, negotiation techniques, and customer management
• Learn through a blend of classroom sessions, hands-on coaching, shadowing, and off-site training experiences

Account Ownership

• Support clients post-sale, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction
• Handle pricing queries, billing issues, and identify opportunities for service improvements
• Act as a reliable point of contact, providing quick and effective solutions

Performance & Career Progression

• Work towards clear, performance-based advancement opportunities
• Earn ongoing commission on accounts you manage
