We are a fast-growing hospitality group based in Southern California, operating multiple restaurant and café concepts including rōk coffee & tea, one of LA’s fastest-growing premium matcha brands, and Quarters Korean BBQ, one of Los Angeles’ most recognized Korean dining concepts.

As we continue expanding into new markets and developing new brands, we are looking for a passionate, strategic, and hands-on Brand & Marketing Manager to help shape the next chapter of our growth.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Brand & Marketing Manager will lead brand strategy, marketing execution, creative direction, customer engagement, and brand development across all concepts.

This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution — from building long-term brand identity to launching campaigns, creating partnerships, improving guest experience, and driving customer growth.

You will work closely with executive leadership, operations, culinary, and creative teams to build brands that connect with customers and stand out in the market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Strategy & Development

• Develop and execute long-term brand strategies aligned with company growth goals.
• Define and maintain brand positioning, messaging, visual identity, and customer experience standards.
• Ensure brand consistency across restaurants, cafés, digital platforms, packaging, and all customer touchpoints.
• Lead brand evolution initiatives as concepts expand into new locations and markets.

Marketing, Campaigns & Partnerships

• Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotions, and new store opening marketing initiatives.
• Develop creative collaborations with local artists, lifestyle brands, influencers, and complementary F&B concepts.
• Manage social media strategy, digital marketing, influencer partnerships, PR, and community engagement.
• Create and oversee content strategies including photography, Reels, Shorts, and trend-driven storytelling.
• Manage marketing calendars, budgets, and campaign execution.

Product & Guest Experience

• Partner with culinary and operations teams on menu launches, product storytelling, and customer experience.
• Lead packaging, merchandise, menu design, signage, and in-store branding projects.
• Ensure every customer touchpoint reflects each brand’s identity and standards.

Creative & Cross-Functional Management

• Manage creative projects including photography, video production, graphic design, and digital assets.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, designers, photographers, vendors, and production partners.
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent execution across all materials.

Market Insights & Performance

• Monitor F&B, lifestyle, and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze marketing performance, customer feedback, and campaign results.
• Translate insights into actionable strategies that strengthen brand equity and business performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Brand Strategy, or related fields.
• Experience in hospitality, F&B, retail, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred.
• Proven track record of building brands and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, digital marketing, influencer marketing, and content trends.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple brands and initiatives.
• Creative mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bilingual in English & Korean highly preferred.
• Passion for Korean cuisine, K-culture, and emerging food trends.
• Experience growing emerging consumer brands.
• Experience with new product launches and restaurant/retail openings.
• Existing network within the LA food, influencer, or creative community is a plus.
