We are now looking for a commercially-minded Marketing Manager to lead the next evolution of our member marketing platform.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional in-house marketing role. You will lead the development of a scalable marketing ecosystem that supports independent jewellery retailers across Australasia. This includes campaign systems, digital marketing frameworks, member education, retail marketing strategy, and commercial growth initiatives.

You will work closely with jewellery business owners to help modernise their marketing capabilities while ensuring they maintain their local identity and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Member Marketing Platform
Take ownership of Nationwide Jewellers’ marketing systems, frameworks, and member marketing support.
Evolve annual campaign calendars and promotional strategies across the network.
Improve marketing resources, templates, systems, and implementation processes.
Identify retail, digital, and consumer trends and translate them into practical initiatives for members.
Drive continuous improvement across the member marketing experience.
Drive Integrated Marketing Campaigns
Oversee integrated campaigns across social media, email marketing, websites, digital advertising, and in-store marketing.
Ensure campaigns are commercially focused and aligned to customer acquisition, engagement, and sales growth.
Improve consistency between digital and in-store customer experience.
Collaborate with members to support local campaign execution.
Leverage Network-Wide Insights
Identify high-performing campaigns and successful retail marketing strategies across the member network.
Turn successful initiatives into scalable best-practice frameworks.
Share actionable learnings that help members improve results while preserving their individual brand identity.
Use data and network insights to guide future marketing direction.
Elevate Digital & Retail Capability
Define best practice across jewellery retail websites, UX, conversion optimisation, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and paid media.
Guide members on improving their digital marketing performance.
Support stronger integration between online and in-store customer journeys.
Strengthen campaign execution through improved visual merchandising and retail alignment.
Manage Agencies & Strategic Partners
Build and manage a trusted network of external agencies and specialist suppliers.
Support members with recommendations across paid media, social media, website development, creative production, and marketing technology.
Ensure external partners deliver commercially strong and high-quality outcomes.
Member Education & Support
Deliver practical marketing education, workshops, webinars, and strategic guidance for members.
Translate complex marketing concepts into clear, actionable advice.
Build trusted relationships with independent business owners.
Act as a strategic marketing advisor across the network.
Team Leadership
Lead and develop a small internal marketing team.
Build efficient workflows and maintain a high standard of execution.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Support the professional growth of team members.

About You

You are commercially minded, strategically strong, and passionate about helping retailers grow.

You bring a combination of retail marketing expertise, digital capability, leadership experience, and the ability to simplify marketing for business owners.

Ideally, you will have:5+ years’ experience in retail, fashion, jewellery, lifestyle, or consumer marketing.

Strong understanding of integrated marketing across digital and retail environments.

Experience building scalable marketing systems, campaigns, or frameworks.

Proven experience leading and developing small teams.

Strong commercial thinking and the ability to align marketing with business growth.

Deep understanding of social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, e-commerce, and customer acquisition.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working within franchise, retail network, multi-location, or member-based business models highly regarded.

Travel & Industry EngagementOccasional interstate travel required to visit member stores and support network initiatives.

Participate in the delivery of member conferences, trade events, and industry gatherings (approximately 2–3 per year).
