Your impact
- In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening Jacobs’ project delivery capability across New Zealand, working closely with our clients to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions.
- You’ll bring trusted experience in design-led project delivery in the water or transport sectors, helping to build confidence and credibility with clients while supporting the growth of our pipeline of work.
- As a Senior Project Manager, your ability to combine technical delivery with commercial and client insight will directly contribute to successful project outcomes and long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of infrastructure projects across scope, schedule, cost and quality
- Build and maintain strong, client-facing relationships, acting as a trusted delivery partner
- Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams to achieve project outcomes
- Oversee project performance including risk management, financials, and reporting Drive collaboration across teams and support the delivery of high-quality, compliant design solutions
- Contribute to business development activities, supporting proposals and future work pipelines
- Here's what you'll need
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering design-led infrastructure projects
- Background in water, utilities, or transport projects (water experience highly regarded)
- Strong client-facing experience, with the ability to build trust and credibility
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end, including cost, schedule, and risk
- Experience leading or working with multidisciplinary engineering and design teams
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
