We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join as a Senior Program Manager to grow the Amazon Global Store business in Australia, based from our Sydney office.
Amazon Global Store is in integral pillar of the Amazon.com.au proposition that today offers high demand international products, locally to AU customers. We are an innovative business focused on building a leading customer experience around our growing range of relevant international products sourced from Amazon’s global stores.

This position requires full-time in-office presence 5 days per week at our CBD location.
Key job responsibilitiesTo Excel In This Role, You Will Enjoy a high degree of ownership: Own the Global Store strategy end to end, from defining selection, pricing, promotions, and marketing, to driving execution plans with local and global teams that deliver adoption and sustainable growth.
Excel at stakeholder management: Drive outcomes through others by building strong relationships and influencing cross-functional teams, including search, engineering, marketing, logistics, finance, and compliance, across multiple geographies. Navigate ambiguity and align diverse stakeholders around shared goals without direct authority. Drive commercial performance through data: Go beyond reviewing dashboards.
Proactively dive deep into metrics, uncover opportunities, build business cases, and develop actionable recommendations that improve growth, profitability, and customer value. Customer Experience Ownership: Think big and invent new ways to improve Global Store CX, locally and internationally.
Technology & AI Adoption: Embrace AI and new technologies, diving into Amazon's tools and systems quickly and confidently to find faster, smarter ways to operate. Thrive in a fast-paced environment: Demonstrate strong organisational skills and effectively prioritise competing demands across multiple workstreams, making sound judgment calls independently when priorities conflict.
Embrace a growth mindset: Demonstrate resilience, curiosity, and a genuine appetite for continuous learning, including adapting quickly to Amazon's ways of working such as document-led meetings, narrative writing, and a culture of high-velocity decision making.
