AI Delivery Manger (IT) - Remote

Role Description

We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager / Architecture Delivery Lead to drive both technical execution and architectural direction across key engineering initiatives. In this role, you will lead engineering teams, oversee solution architecture, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable, high-quality systems aligned with business goals.

You will act as both a technical leader and delivery owner, bridging the gap between architecture design and execution while guiding teams through complex engineering challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams and oversee end-to-end delivery of technical projects
• Define and guide system architecture, design decisions, and technical standards
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software systems and platform initiatives
• Drive engineering best practices including code quality, testing, and scalability
• Identify risks, dependencies, and technical bottlenecks and proactively resolve them
• Mentor engineers and support team growth and performance
• Balance hands-on architectural input with leadership and delivery oversight

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong leadership or architecture experience
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex systems
• Strong background in system design, architecture, and scalable distributed systems
• Experience working closely with stakeholders in delivery-focused environments
• Strong understanding of backend systems, APIs, and cloud-based architectures
• Ability to manage priorities across multiple technical initiatives
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Experience in Agile or fast-paced product environments
