Junior Product Manager – B2C
We are representing a global leader in the AI space, with a strong international presence and a growing portfolio of AI-driven products and solution in search for their Product Manager (B2C)
What You'll Do
- Support the end-to-end product development process, from understanding user needs and defining requirements to product launch and optimization.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify user pain points and opportunities for product improvement.
- Translate user feedback and business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and product specifications.
- Work closely with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams to support product development and ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor product performance and user behavior through basic data analysis, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in developing and tracking key product metrics, including user acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion.
- Gather and analyze user feedback through reviews, surveys, customer support channels, and other sources to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
- Support A/B testing, feature experiments, and product iterations to improve user experience and business performance.
- Assist with product launches, feature rollouts, and post-launch monitoring.
- Conduct regular competitor and market research to keep up with consumer trends and emerging product opportunities.
- Document product processes, requirements, and learnings to support continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, Product Strategy, or a related role.
- Experience working on B2C / consumer-facing products is preferred.
- Strong interest in consumer internet, mobile applications, e-commerce, social platforms, content platforms, or other digital products.
- Strong understanding of user needs and good product sense, with the ability to think from the user's perspective.
- Comfortable working with data and basic analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product requirements and ideas.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and curious, with a willingness to learn and take ownership of projects.
- Good collaboration skills and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with mobile apps, SaaS, e-commerce, social media, content, or other consumer-facing digital products.
- Experience conducting user research or usability testing.
- Experience supporting A/B testing or product experiments.
- Basic understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies.
