Summary
The Materials Master Team (MMT) is seeking a Business Intelligence & Data Quality Analyst to improve the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of critical supply chain master data.
This role is responsible for designing and implementing Power BI dashboards, AI-assisted solutions, and automated processes that identify, measure, and resolve data quality issues across enterprise systems, including OnePDM (Aras), Dynamics 365, and enterprise data platforms.
The ideal candidate combines business intelligence development, data analysis, AI solution design, and project leadership to drive measurable improvements in data quality and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions that provide visibility into data quality trends, exceptions, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build AI-assisted solutions using Copilot, prompt engineering, and AI agents to improve data analysis and operational efficiency.
- Analyze data across multiple systems to identify inconsistencies, duplicates, missing attributes, and process gaps.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend sustainable solutions to prevent recurring data quality issues.
- Lead data remediation initiatives and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure corrective actions are completed.
- Establish data quality metrics, monitoring processes, and governance controls.
- Create and maintain process documentation, business rules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and sustainable solutions.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, if applicable.

- Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $50.00 - $55.00 /hour.
- Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law.
- Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
