Māku koe e ki atu he tangata, he tangata, he tangata.“If you asked me, what is the greatest thing in this world, I would say it is people, it is people, it is people.”Ko tō tūranga – your roleAs Client Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring One NZ’s strategic Enterprise and Government customers receive exceptional end-to-end service across the full customer lifecycle.

This is a senior leadership opportunity to own delivery performance, governance, customer experience, commercial outcomes and service strategy, while helping shape how One NZ is seen as a trusted, integrated partner to major public sector customers.

Working across virtual teams in Solutions, Project Delivery, Service Operations and Product, you will bring together the people, processes and accountabilities needed to deliver contracted outcomes, strengthen long-term partnerships and create opportunities for growth and improvement.

This role will suit a customer-obsessed, commercially astute leader who thrives in complex environments and is confident translating customer strategy into operational delivery.

• What You’ll DoOwn strategic customer relationships, acting as the senior trusted advisor and primary escalation point
• Align One NZ’s services, delivery, and innovation roadmap to customer business objectives to strengthen long-term partnerships
• Lead end-to-end delivery performance across projects, programmes, managed services, and operational support to ensure contracted outcomes are met
• Establish effective governance that provides transparency, proactive risk management, and clear executive oversight
• Own the commercial performance of assigned customers, including profitability, cost-to-serve, contract compliance, and renewals
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify growth opportunities, support new business pursuits, and maximise customer lifetime value
• Lead cross-functional virtual teams to deliver a high-performing, integrated customer experience across the customer lifecycle

• What You’ll Bring
• Proven ability to lead and influence virtual teams in complex environments, with credibility at executive and C-suite level
• Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing customer portfolios, contracts, and service profitability
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and support revenue expansion through sound negotiation and business planning
• Expertise in service management and customer operations, with strong programme and project governance capability
• Deep understanding of customer lifecycle management and experience managing large-scale customer environments
• Strong depth of experience in telecommunications, ICT, managed services, or technology services, with Enterprise and Government experience.
