Sr. Corporate Accountant

Senior Corporate Accountant | Seattle, WA (Hybrid)

A growing, mission-driven real estate investment and property management company in the Pacific Northwest is adding a Senior Accountant to a newly created corporate accounting team. As the company scales and takes on more sophisticated investors and lenders, this person will play a foundational role in shaping how the accounting function operates.

Great fit for someone from a public accounting or fund/corporate accounting background who's ready to help build process rather than just follow it.

What You'll Do

• Manage cash flow and support tax and fund-level reporting
• Handle core close activities — reconciliations, journal entries, and GL accuracy across multiple entities
• Prepare reporting materials for investors, lenders, and other institutional partners
• Weigh in on treatment of non-standard transactions and help formalize policies as the team grows
• Partner with offshore accounting staff and cross-functional teams on process and systems improvements
• Get involved in accounting for acquisitions and other transactions as they arise

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of accounting experience with solid GAAP fundamentals
• Comfortable operating without fully built-out processes
• CPA or CPA-track a plus
• Public accounting background a plus
• Real estate, fund accounting, or multi-entity experience a plus — not required

$85,000–$110,00
