Job Overview

As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving adoption of Flam’s platform. You will work closely with marketing, strategy, and product teams to deliver high-impact campaigns for leading brands.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding.
• Generate and qualify leads through outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Identify client needs and consultatively recommend Flam’s MR solutions.
• Present campaign ideas and demos tailored to each client’s brand objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, pricing, and deliverables.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast revenue.
• Educate prospects and clients on mixed reality, Web
• AR, and AI trends.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing—preferably in adtech, martech, SaaS, or digital media.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising, brand marketing, and campaign metrics.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Self-motivated, curious, and obsessed with solving customer problems.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
• Bonus: Familiarity with AR, Web
• AR, or immersive tech.
