Wholesale Account Manager – Specialty Coffee SalesCasa Brasil, Inc. | Austin, TXCasa Brasil, Inc. is seeking a driven, relationship-oriented Wholesale Account Manager to help grow our specialty coffee and premium CPG portfolio. This is a senior individual contributor role, reporting directly to the General Manager, and offers significant autonomy and ownership of wholesale sales performance.

Founded in 2005 in Austin, Texas, Casa Brasil is a specialty coffee importer and roaster dedicated to sharing the richness of Brazilian coffee and culture. We work directly with top growers throughout Brazil, sourcing exceptional coffees through extensive travel and long-standing relationships.

In 2015, we re-launched the iconic Austin brand Little City Coffee Roasters, expanding our portfolio to include outstanding coffees from origins around the world.

The Role

The Wholesale Account Manager is responsible for driving growth across Casa Brasil Coffees, Little City Coffee Roasters, and other brands in our portfolio. This role blends new business development with long-term account management, owning the full sales cycle while building durable, trust-based partnerships.

The position works closely with the General Manager and internal teams to execute and evolve our wholesale strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• New Business Development & Revenue Growth
• Identify, prospect, and onboard new wholesale customers
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
• Consistently drive top-line growth across the wholesale channel
• Account Management & Relationship Building
• Grow and deepen relationships with existing wholesale partners
• Regularly visit accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities
• Act as a trusted partner to customers, supporting their long-term success
• Sales Strategy & Execution
• Collaborate directly with the General Manager to set and refine sales priorities
• Manage the full sales funnel from lead generation through close and ongoing support
• Maintain accurate CRM records and visibility into pipeline activity
• Coordinate with production, operations, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Retail & Grocery Channel Support
• Build and maintain relationships with retail buyers and decision-makers
• Support shelf placement, merchandising, and in-store visibility
• Coordinate demos, tastings, events, and in-store marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Ideal candidates will have a passion for coffee and a demonstrated background of success in sales and/or marketing strategy development and implementation.
• Specific experience and skills include:3+ years of B2B sales experience (specialty coffee or premium CPG strongly preferred)
• A passion for specialty coffee and storytelling Demonstrated success in both new account acquisition and account growth
• Strong communication, presentation, and follow-through skills
• Experience using CRM platforms and Google/Microsoft suites
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working with autonomy
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
