Account Executive, Client Growth

COMPANY

Pints AI (Pinvest Pte Ltd) is a Singapore-headquartered enterprise AI company serving regulated industries. Its platform, Autothought, is an agent orchestration system deployed in financial institutions to automate back-office processes including client onboarding, KYC, loan origination, underwriting and regulatory reporting.

Autothought coordinates existing specialist systems rather than replacing them, producing a fully auditable decision trail suitable for regulated environments.

Client engagements typically commence with a 90-day proof of concept and expand into multi-workflow deployments.

ROLE PURPOSE

The Account Executive is responsible for the retention, deepening and commercial growth of client accounts following contract signature. The role holder assumes account ownership from the founding team at the point of engagement commencement and is accountable for relationship development, identification of follow-on scope, and revenue expansion within the assigned account portfolio.

The role covers accounts originated by the founding team. Accounts originated through systems integrator partners remain under partner-led relationship management.

This is a non-quota-carrying role. Performance is assessed against defined quarterly objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Account management. Assume ownership of assigned client accounts post-signature and serve as the primary commercial point of contact throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Relationship development. Establish and maintain relationships across multiple functions and seniority levels within each client organisation, including business operations, technology, risk and compliance.
• Account mapping. Develop and maintain documented organisational maps for each account, covering process ownership, budget authority, decision-making structures and stakeholder disposition.
• Scope identification. Identify additional automation opportunities within client organisations and work with the solutioning team to convert these into scoped statements of work.
• Governance. Convene and chair regular account governance forums, including quarterly business reviews and engagement steering committees.
• Commercial and delivery alignment. Act as the interface between delivery teams and client stakeholders, ensuring commercial commitments and delivery execution remain aligned, and escalating divergence early.
• Reference development. Develop client advocates and reference cases to support new business activity, including introductions and participation in reference calls.
• Retention and renewal. Manage contract renewals and protect recurring revenue across the assigned portfolio.
• Reporting. Maintain accurate account records, expansion pipeline and forecast within company systems.

FOUNDATIONAL DELIVERABLE

Pints AI's account expansion process is currently undocumented and resides with the founding team. Within the first 90 days, the role holder is required to document and formalise this process into a repeatable operating model, comprising:

• Account planning template and review cadence
• Stakeholder and organisational mapping standard
• Scope identification and qualification process
• Quarterly business review format
• Delivery-to-commercial handover protocol

The role holder will subsequently operate this model and retain ownership of it as the account management function grows.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 8 years' experience in enterprise technology or technology consulting, including at least 3 years in a client-facing account leadership or engagement management capacity.
• Demonstrable experience of growing revenue within existing enterprise accounts, including personal identification and shaping of follow-on scope.
• Prior employment with a management consulting firm, systems integrator or professional services organisation in a client account leadership role.
• Experience selling to or servicing financial services institutions, with working knowledge of enterprise procurement, vendor risk assessment and technology governance processes in regulated environments.
• Demonstrated ability to operate across both operational and executive stakeholder levels within large organisations.
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce account plans, client memoranda and commercial documentation to a professional standard.
• Right to work in Singapore. Willingness to travel within Asia as required.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Experience in sales and BD processes for core banking platforms such as Oracle FLEXCUBE, Temenos or Finacle or core insurance platforms such as Ingenium, Duck Creek and Guidewire.
• Experience on client onboarding, KYC, lending or regulatory reporting transformation programmes.
• Experience operating alongside systems integrator partners in shared client environments.
• Familiarity with financial services regulatory frameworks in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines or India.
• Experience in an early-stage or high-growth technology company.

PERFORMANCE MEASURES

Remuneration comprises base salary, a performance bonus and equity participation. The role does not carry sales commission or an individual revenue quota. Bonus is assessed quarterly against objectives weighted across the following measures:

• Net revenue expansion within the assigned account portfolio
• Client retention and contract renewal
• Qualified expansion pipeline generated
• Depth and breadth of documented stakeholder coverage per account
• Completion and adoption of the account management operating model
