Senior Manager, Regional Business Development | Singapore

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager, Regional Business Development, to lead revenue growth initiatives, expand market presence, and build strong client partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving business growth, consultative selling, developing high-performing teams, and identifying new market opportunities.

This role requires strong leadership in managing key stakeholders, commercial acumen, and exceeding commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to support the company’s growth objectives within the retail sector.
• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities to drive expansion initiatives and business growth.
• Build and convert a self-generated sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
• Own and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Lead consultative sales engagements with key decision-makers to understand business needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, clients, and industry leaders.
• Lead negotiations and close high-value deals to secure strategic partnerships and new business opportunities.
• Meet and exceed revenue, growth, and business development targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and expansion strategies with overall business goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify areas for improvement, innovation, and market positioning.
• Oversee the performance of the sales and business development team, providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to achieve targets and objectives.
• Prepare and present business plans, sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities to strengthen brand presence and market reach.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective coordination with recruitment and operations teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• MBA is an advantage.
• Rage of 5-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial leadership nroles.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, revenue growth, market expansion, and consultative selling.
• Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle and closing high-value business deals.
• Strong network Operations and corporate leadership communities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: From $10,000.00 per month
