Role Overview

Our client a successful fashion brand are looking to recruit an experienced Paid Performance Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the brands paid media strategy, managing and optimising investment across paid social and search to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and a strong return on ad spend.

Working closely with the Ecommerce and Brand teams, you’ll be the go-to expert for performance marketing, bringing a rigorous, data-led approach to everything from campaign architecture and creative testing to budget management and reporting. This is a role for someone who thrives on owning outcomes, moves quickly, and knows how to make paid channels work hard for a fast-growing DTC brand.

Reports to: Ecommerce Manager/ Commercial Director

Key Responsibilities

Paid Social & Search

• Own end-to-end campaign management across paid social and search platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google Ads, from strategy and setup through to daily optimisation.
• Lead creative briefing and testing programmes, working with the brand and content teams to develop assets that drive performance across awareness, consideration, and conversion.
• Manage budgets and bids with rigour, owning performance against targets including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and revenue contribution.
• Align paid activity with organic, influencer, and CRM campaigns to ensure cohesive messaging and full-funnel efficiency.
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting with clear commentary on trends, optimisations made, and forward recommendations.
• Manage the relationship with our external paid media agency, setting clear briefs, holding regular performance reviews, and ensuring output meets the brands commercial and brand standards.

Affiliate & Paid Creator

• Own performance across affiliate platforms, delivering regular reporting on clicks, sales, and conversion with clear optimisation recommendations.
• Drive the growth of paid creator and affiliate partnerships across LTK and ShopMy, using performance data to identify high-value partners and scale what works.
• Collaborate with the Social and Influencer Executive to align paid creator spend with organic influencer activity, ensuring consistent brand storytelling and measurable ROI across both channels.
• Identify top-performing affiliate and paid creator partnerships, and build scalable frameworks for growth across both influencer and media channels.

Budget Management & Forecasting

• Own and manage the paid media budget, ensuring efficient allocation across channels and maintaining clear visibility on spend vs. return at all times.
• Build and maintain performance forecasts, modelling spend scenarios to support trading decisions and peak period planning.
• Work closely with the Ecommerce Manager to align paid investment with trading priorities, promotional calendars, and stock availability.

Analytics & Insight

• Use GA4, Shopify analytics, and platform-native tools to track and interpret performance across the full paid funnel, from impression through to purchase.
• Monitor post-click performance and landing page effectiveness, working with the Ecommerce team to identify and act on conversion drop-off points.
• Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders, with a focus on continuous improvement and commercial impact.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in a paid performance or growth marketing role, ideally within fashion, beauty, or DTC ecommerce
• Proven hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads, with direct accountability for budget and ROAS
• Experience managing affiliate programmes and paid creator partnerships, with familiarity with platforms such as LTK, ShopMy, Awin, or Partnerize
• Confident using GA4, Shopify analytics, and platform-native reporting tools to measure and communicate performance
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect paid performance to broader business outcomes, including revenue, CAC, and LTV
• Highly organised and self-sufficient, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
