HR Transformation Manager (Insurance, 12-month Renewable Contract)

An established global financial services organisation is seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to support a large-scale people transformation programme. This role combines HR operations, project management and stakeholder engagement, offering exposure to a high-impact business initiative.

This is an initial 12-month contract with a planned 12-month extension, supporting a multi-year transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the HR operations workstream for a major transformation project, ensuring key milestones are delivered on time.
• Coordinate employee movement activities, including data validation, documentation, HR system updates and operational readiness.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, HRIS, Legal, Risk and business stakeholders to drive seamless project execution.
• Prepare governance reports, track project risks and support leadership updates.
• Ensure HR processes comply with internal governance, regulatory requirements and data privacy standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services or Employee Lifecycle Management within the Insurance industry
• Experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, Workday or ServiceNow is advantageous.
