About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Lead to own and optimize the full employee lifecycle operations, including onboarding, employee management, offboarding, HR processes, and operational excellence.

This role requires a highly hands-on HR operations professional with strong automation capabilities, process improvement mindset, and experience building scalable HR systems to support a fast-growing global organization. The ideal candidate is someone who can combine HR operational expertise with technology and automation skills to streamline workflows, improve employee experience, and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle operations, including onboarding, employee changes, performance processes, and offboarding.
• Optimize and standardize HR processes, policies, and SOPs to improve operational efficiency.
• Drive HR automation initiatives by implementing workflows, tools, and system improvements to reduce manual tasks.
• Manage and optimize HR systems (HRIS, ATS, employee platforms) to ensure accurate employee data and reporting.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and business teams to ensure smooth HR operations across regions.
• Improve employee experience by enhancing HR service delivery, processes, and support channels.
• Analyze HR data and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and support business growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, HR Shared Services, or similar roles.
• Strong hand-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle end-to-end.
• Proven experience in HR process optimization, automation, and workflow improvement.
• Experience supporting global or multi-country employee operations is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and operational best practices.
• Ability to analyze HR data and translate insights into process improvements.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a hands-on approach.
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese.
