Porsche Singapore is seeking a passionate, customer-centric, and commercially driven Manager Retail Operations to lead the Porsche Lifestyle retail business across physical and digital channels.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is responsible for shaping and executing the omnichannel retail strategy, driving commercial performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring alignment with Porsche's premium brand values and business objectives.

The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end Porsche Lifestyle retail operations in Singapore, including retail performance, e-commerce, merchandising, inventory, financial management, team leadership, and customer engagement.

Working closely with internal, regional, and global stakeholders, the role will drive business growth, strengthen brand presence, optimise operational excellence, and continuously enhance the customer journey through data-driven insights and strategic initiatives.

• Lead and develop the Porsche Lifestyle brand within the Porsche Singapore retail organisation across physical and digital touchpoints, driving commercial performance, brand growth, and customer acquisition
• Lead, coach, and develop the retail team through performance management, capability development, succession planning, and talent acquisition to build a high-performing and customer-centric team
• Manage end-to-end physical retail store operations, including P&L management, budgeting, cost control, sales performance, inventory management, visual merchandising, vendor management, staffing, and operational excellence
• Manage the Porsche Lifestyle e-commerce business, including platform operations, online sales performance, e-store maintenance, inventory management, and agency partner management
• Lead merchandising and buying activities, including assortment planning, pricing strategy, product launches, order management, and inventory optimisation to achieve sales targets and maintain brand positioning
• Monitor retail, e-commerce, and customer service KPIs, leveraging sales data, market trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities, drive continuous improvement, and provide regular business performance reporting
• Gather and analyse customer feedback and behavioural insights to enhance the customer experience, strengthen customer loyalty, and inform future retail and product strategies
• Partner with the Marketing & Communications team to develop and execute integrated promotional campaigns, content calendars, and customer engagement initiatives that support business objectives and brand awareness
• Lead or support the planning and implementation of new Porsche Lifestyle retail concepts, formats, and customer touchpoints
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with customer experience, operational excellence, governance, compliance, and brand standards across all retail activities
• Partner with regional and global stakeholders to share best practices, contribute market insights, support product roadmap planning, and drive continuous improvement through benchmarking and knowledge exchange

Requirements

• Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR) preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Retail Management, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in retail operations, preferably managing premium or luxury retail, lifestyle, automotive, or consumer brands across physical and digital channels
• Proven experience managing end-to-end retail operations, including P&L management, budgeting, sales performance, inventory management, merchandising, and customer experience initiatives
• Strong understanding of omnichannel retail operations, including e-commerce platforms, digital customer journeys, and online sales management
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams while building a high-performing and customer-focused culture
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to drive business growth and operational improvements
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, internal teams, regional/global stakeholders, vendors, and external partners
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks, interpret data, and provide practical, solution-oriented recommendations
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and highly organised, with strong attention to detail, a proactive "can-do" attitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced operational environment
