The Opportunity

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving commercial growth across an assigned metropolitan market and surrounding territories. This role owns the development of the away from home channel, including Office Coffee, Foodservice, Hospitality, Corporate Catering, and strategic local partnerships while serving as the face of BLK & Bold in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy.
• Prospect and acquire new business across Office Coffee, Foodservice, Hospitality, and Corporate Catering.
• Manage distributor relationships through ride-alongs, brand training, and program management.
• Execute local sampling events, trade shows, and community activations.
• Build relationships with key customers, operators, distributors, and our local community partners.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate CRM reporting.
• Share competitive insights and customer feedback with leadership.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.

Qualifications

Required

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout assigned territory
• Experience using CRM platforms
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to lift and transport product for customer meetings and sampling events
• Preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field3+ years of B2B or field sales experience
• Experience with Retail, Foodservice, Hospitality, Office Coffee, or beverage sales.
