Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Senior Vice President/Director of Sales to lead business development, oversee contract furniture sales, strengthen client relationships, and identify new opportunities in the Pittsburgh market. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the office furniture industry, strong leadership skills, and a passion for building relationships and supporting the sales team.

Qualifications

• 10 or more years of sales and business development experience in the office furniture industry
• Strong knowledge of and experience with contract furniture sales
• Ability to lead, coach, and support a high-performing sales team
• Ability to review sales performance and market trends to support business decisions
• Ability to work on-site and travel to customer locations as needed
