About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Sales Manager to develop and grow relationships with major enterprise clients in Singapore.

The role focuses on building long-term partnerships, identifying digital transformation and system integration opportunities, and managing complex enterprise sales cycles. Candidates should possess established relationships within one or more major enterprise accounts across banking, telecommunications, digital platforms or other large corporate sectors.

This is a relationship-led position focused on strategic account development and sustainable revenue growth rather than one-off transactional sales.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Management

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior business, technology, procurement and project stakeholders.
• Take ownership of selected strategic accounts and understand their organisational structures, decision-making processes and technology roadmaps.
• Organise regular client engagements, executive discussions and business reviews.
• Develop multi-year account strategies and revenue growth plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address commercial or delivery-related concerns and maintain long-term client confidence.

Business Development and Opportunity Management

• Identify system integration, digital transformation, application, infrastructure and technology service opportunities within major enterprise accounts.
• Lead the complete sales cycle, including opportunity qualification, requirement gathering, proposal development, presentations, tender submissions, commercial negotiations, contract closure and payment follow-up.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of medium- to long-term opportunities.
• Expand existing accounts through regional rollouts, maintenance services and additional technology solutions.

Tender and Solution Coordination

• Lead and coordinate RFI, RFP and tender activities for complex enterprise technology projects.
• Work closely with offshore presales, delivery and technical teams to develop suitable client proposals and solutions.
• Coordinate client workshops, solution presentations, reference cases and tender documentation.
• Engage technology vendors and ecosystem partners where joint proposals or delivery partnerships are required.
• Facilitate onsite support from offshore presales or technical specialists when necessary.

Sales Performance and Reporting

• Achieve assigned revenue, pipeline and account development targets.
• Maintain accurate opportunity forecasts and account activity reports.
• Provide regular updates on client priorities, competitive developments and upcoming opportunities.
• Monitor enterprise technology and digital transformation trends within Singapore.

Requirements

• At least six years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales or business development within Singapore.
• Established relationships with senior stakeholders within one or more major enterprise accounts.
• Proven experience developing enterprise accounts and closing large-scale technology, system integration or digital transformation opportunities.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles involving RFI/RFP responses, solution presentations, tender negotiations and contract closure.
• Ability to engage independently with senior business, technology and procurement stakeholders.
• Strong consultative selling, commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent English communication and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance or a related discipline.
