Job Summary

The Associate – Business Development is responsible for supporting the revenue growth and market expansion of the domestic defense sector. This role focuses on providing administrative, research, and coordination support to the Business Development team to ensure successful bid execution.

You will assist in identifying opportunities, managing client data, and contributing to the preparation of high-quality proposals .

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities aligned with organizational growth targets .
• Support the Business Development team in building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified opportunities within the domestic defense market .
• Assist in the preparation and submission of bids and proposals, including formatting, editing, and document coordination .
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and track defense sector trends .
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client information and opportunity progress .
• Coordinate cross-functional team inputs for bid submissions .
• Provide administrative support for business development meetings, client visits, and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field .
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales support, or a related administrative role .
• Exposure to bidding and proposal processes is preferred .
• Understanding of the defense market is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
