Role Description

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and creates opportunities rather than waiting for instructions.

This is not a traditional sales role, and it is not an account management position.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with publishers, distributors, payment providers, and strategic partners.
• Develop business development strategies and execute them independently.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive initiatives from concept to launch.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close partnership agreements.
• Manage existing partner relationships while identifying opportunities to expand collaboration.
• Work closely with Product, Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams to deliver successful partnerships.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities.
• Develop long-term growth strategies that contribute to company objectives.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to identify, negotiate, and manage commercial partnerships.
• Highly proactive with a strong ownership mentality.
• Able to prioritize work and operate independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital gift cards, gaming, fintech, payments, or digital products.
• Existing network within the gaming, digital products, or payments industry.
• Experience negotiating international commercial partnerships.
