Your Mission

Support the growth of our business by creating innovative marketing campaigns, generating qualified leads and strengthening the RE/MAX Smart Concept brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media, digital campaigns and recruitment marketing.
• Develop creative ideas to attract buyers, sellers, landlords, investors and real estate agents.
• Support lead generation campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Assist with project launches, property promotions, events and recruitment campaigns.
• Coordinate photography, videography, reels, brochures and other marketing materials.
• Support website updates, landing pages and digital campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Use AI-powered tools and marketing automation to improve productivity and marketing performance.
• Research new marketing trends, technologies and lead generation opportunities.
• Work closely with the sales teams to support business growth.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Media, Communications or a related field.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to two years’ experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative tools is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, AI tools or marketing automation is a plus.
