PROCUREMENT SUPPLY CHAIN OFFICER

Renofix is seeking an experienced, proactive, and solution-oriented Procurement & Supply Chain Officer to establish and manage procurement operations, optimize purchasing processes, support maintenance teams, and improve cost control across the business. | The role is not limited to executing purchases but also includes developing procurement procedures, improving operational efficiency, controlling inventory movement, and implementing purchasing controls and cost-saving initiatives. | KEY RESPONSIBILITIES |

• Manage and oversee procurement activities for maintenance teams and operational requirements. |
• Establish, organize, and continuously improve procurement procedures and purchasing workflows. |
• Control and monitor warehouses, inventory, tools, equipment, and assigned assets. |
• Ensure maintenance teams receive materials, tools, and supplies in a timely and efficient manner. |
• Source suppliers and negotiate competitive market prices to reduce overall procurement costs. |
• Prepare and collect quotations for requested materials and services. |
• Implement purchasing control mechanisms and reduce uncontrolled individual purchasing activities. |
• Develop alternative procurement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary expenses. |
• Organize and monitor the distribution of materials, tools, and equipment across operational teams. |
• Maintain records and tracking systems for inventory movement and asset allocation. |
• Coordinate with internal teams to forecast requirements and improve purchasing planning. |
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational optimization. | REQUIREMENTS |
• Bachelor’s Degree (required). |
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience. |
• UAE experience is mandatory. |
• Valid UAE Driving License (required). |
• Strong procurement and supplier negotiation skills. |
• Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management. |
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. |
• Strong analytical, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities. |
• Ability to work independently and drive operational improvements. | PREFERRED EXPERIENCE |
• Experience in maintenance, construction, fit-out, facilities management, or multi-site operations. |
• Experience in establishing procurement controls and operational processes. |
• ERP system experience is considered an advantage. |
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
