Business Development - Audio Visual (AV) solutions

React Holding is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Manager – AV Solutions to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the audio-visual, events, exhibitions, media, corporate, government, hospitality, entertainment, and live-production sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline, developing relationships with key decision-makers, responding to tenders and client enquiries, and working closely with technical and operational teams to develop commercially competitive AV solutions.

The role requires a strong understanding of professional audio, video, LED displays, lighting, broadcasting, multimedia systems, equipment rental, event technology, and AV project delivery.

• Develop and implement a business development strategy for React Holding’s AV solutions business.
• Identify new business opportunities across government, corporate, events, exhibitions, hospitality, entertainment, sports, media, and production sectors.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, market research, referrals, industry events, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with the company’s revenue and profitability targets.
• Establish relationships with event agencies, production companies, exhibition organisers, consultants, system integrators, contractors, venues, hotels, government entities, and corporate clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits, and solution demonstrations.
• Prepare tailored commercial proposals that address clients’ technical, operational, and budgetary requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements.
• Follow up on submitted proposals and convert opportunities into confirmed projects.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business, cross-selling, and account growth.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Media Technology, Event Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of five years of business development or sales experience, preferably within AV solutions, event technology, system integration, equipment rental, media production, exhibitions, or live events.
• Demonstrated experience in developing business and closing medium- to large-scale AV or event-technology projects.
• Good understanding of professional audio, video, LED displays, projection, lighting, broadcasting, streaming, multimedia, and related AV technologies.
• Experience preparing commercial proposals, quotations, tender submissions, and client presentations.
• Established professional network within the UAE events, corporate, government, hospitality, media, or entertainment markets is strongly preferred.
• UAE driving licence is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or sales pipeline management systems.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language capability would be an advantage.
