Sales Manager (Water treatment)

MEA Water Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage all post-sales activities, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery. The successful candidate will oversee installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, AMC contracts, warranty support, spare parts sales, and service operations for water treatment systems.

This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and customer relationship management skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesService Operations

• Manage the complete post-sales service operations across the UAE.
• Plan and monitor installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, breakdown service, and annual maintenance contracts (AMC).
• Ensure timely response and resolution of customer service requests.
• Optimize technician scheduling and resource allocation for maximum efficiency.

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally.
• Conduct regular customer follow-ups to improve service quality and identify additional business opportunities.

Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate service engineers, technicians, and service coordinators.
• Conduct regular team meetings, technical training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Spare Parts & Service Sales

• Promote AMC renewals, spare parts sales, system upgrades, and replacement opportunities.
• Coordinate with the sales department to generate repeat business and customer referrals.
• Monitor inventory requirements for critical spare parts.

Planning & Reporting

• Monitor service KPIs including response time, first-time fix rate, customer satisfaction, technician productivity, and AMC renewals.
• Prepare weekly and monthly service reports for management.
• Manage departmental budgets and control operational costs.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure all service activities comply with company quality standards and HSE regulations.
• Maintain accurate service documentation, customer records, and maintenance history.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the service department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in water treatment or industrial equipment service operations.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience in after-sales/service management.
• Strong knowledge of RO systems, water softeners, filtration systems, UV systems, dosing systems, and commercial/industrial water treatment equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP/CRM software, and service management systems.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
