IT Infrastructure Engineer

This role is ideal for an experienced IT infrastructure professional responsible for supporting and maintaining enterprise technology environments, ensuring reliable network performance, system availability, and secure infrastructure operations. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: Support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud services, and workplace technologies.

Monitor system performance, availability, and resilience while ensuring service levels are maintained. Manage and troubleshoot infrastructure issues across networking, security, virtualization, and operating systems. Support infrastructure improvements, system changes, and technology projects while following IT service management practices.

Maintain technical documentation, system standards, and operational procedures to support effective service delivery.

Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to enhance infrastructure reliability and drive continuous improvement. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with strong exposure to enterprise networking environments.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Cisco networking, Fortinet security solutions, and VPN technologies. Experience with Windows Server environments, virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V. Relevant certifications in Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft Azure, or IT service management are preferred.
