We're Hiring: IT Support & Applications Specialist

Join our growing team and play a key role in supporting and enhancing the technology platforms that drive our business.

This position combines IT Support, Microsoft 365 administration, business applications support (Odoo & Zoho), automation, system integrations, and process improvement. You'll work closely with users across the organization to deliver reliable IT services, optimize business systems, and support RCG's digital transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements

• Experience in IT Support and Microsoft 365 administration
• Knowledge of Odoo, Zoho, ERP/CRM systems, or enterprise applications
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with automation, integrations, or software customization is advantageous
• Understanding of networking, cybersecurity, and user support
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

Location: Abu Dhabi (On-site)
