Client Relation / Account Manager for Events & Exhibitions

We are hiring for Client Relation / Account Manager for Events and Exhibitions to join our team here in Abu Dhabi.

As an Client Relation / Account Manager for Events and Exhibitions, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of events from brief to execution.

The role acts as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams, ensuring client requirements are understood, proposals are developed, timelines are managed, and projects are delivered to the expected quality, budget, and deadline.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communication and strong client relationships.
• Receive client briefs and coordinate with creative, production, operations, and supplier teams.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and project timelines.
• Support business development by identifying upselling and new project opportunities.
• Manage project budgets, supplier coordination, and client approvals.
• Ensure smooth event delivery from planning, production, onsite execution, and post-event reporting.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, rehearsals, and live event execution when required.
• Resolve client issues and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
